Terms of service
These terms govern your use of feelsright.ai and the services of INAQ s.r.o..
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Who we are and scope
The service is provided by INAQ s.r.o. (see the Legal notice). These terms apply to consumers and businesses who use feelsright.ai. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay unaffected.
2. The service
FeelsRight analyses photos of a room and your preferences with automated tools and produces a design report with suggestions. Suggestions are informational. They are not structural, electrical, fire-safety or building advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you take. Product recommendations may include affiliate links. Results are normally delivered within 24 hours of submission, without a guaranteed time.
3. Products and prices
- Audit: one-off payment of EUR 139 per account, for the analysis of the rooms included in the audit.
- Extra room: one-off payment of EUR 49 per additional room, added on top of an account.
- Monitor: subscription, EUR 14.90 per month or EUR 149 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Prices for consumers in the EU include VAT. The VAT amount is shown at checkout and on the invoice. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm VAT treatment and rates per country with the tax adviser.]
- Where a currency other than EUR is offered, the price shown at checkout applies.
4. Contract and payment
The contract is formed when you complete checkout and we confirm the order by email. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Invoices are sent by email.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send a clear statement to the support email address on the Contact page. You may use the model withdrawal form of Directive 2011/83/EU, but you do not have to.
Our services are digital. If you want the analysis to start before the 14 days end, we ask for your express request and acknowledgement at checkout. If you give it and withdraw within 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to your withdrawal. Once the service has been fully provided, you lose the right of withdrawal, but only if you gave this consent and acknowledgement and we confirmed it to you.
Checkout wording (shown unticked, required before payment): "I expressly request that INAQ s.r.o. starts providing the digital service immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, and that if I withdraw earlier I must pay a proportionate amount for what has already been provided."
Refunds after a valid withdrawal are made within 14 days to the payment method you used.
6. Cancelling the Monitor subscription
You can cancel Monitor at any time in your account or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (month or year). We do not refund the remaining part of a period that has already started, except where the law requires it. The 14-day withdrawal right in section 5 applies to the first purchase of a subscription.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us the licence needed to store, process and analyse them to provide the service, and to show them through links you choose to share. Do not upload photos of people without their permission, unlawful content or content you have no right to use. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Comments left on shared rooms are checked automatically for abuse and may be removed.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and where mandatory law requires. [PLACEHOLDER: lawyer to draft the remaining liability clause for Slovak, German and other EU consumer law.]
9. Changes, law and disputes
We may change these terms for good reason and will tell you in advance by email or in the service. Slovak law applies, without removing the consumer protection of your country of residence. You may bring claims at the courts of your place of residence. [PLACEHOLDER: lawyer to confirm.]
